All Participants and Crew Members must stop at Registration and pick up credentials. Participants, please bring your ticket QR Code and valid driver’s license with you to registration. Each package includes (1) Crew Member OR Guest. If Crew Members are not present at check-in, you will be given a temporary gate access wristband to get them in. They (Crew Member) will then need to report to Check-In to receive the necessary Crew Member wristband IF they need access to restricted areas - The entire facility is the pits - no reason to have a special wristband for the pits.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only the listed ticket holders (registered Participants) may pick up the credentials.

What if I am not 18 years old but want to participate in Ford Fest?

Anyone under the age of 18 MUST complete THIS WAIVER, have it notarized in Kentucky, and present it at Check-In. Permission from segment Race Director is required. Please contact [email protected] for information about registering as a minor.

What do I get if I register my car?

All packages come with vehicle entry and driver plus one guest wristband for both days of Ford Fest.

If we are unable to make it to Beach Bend before registration closes, will we be able to park our trucks/trailers in the pits.

No, you will not be able to access the ground without the proper credentials. Please plan accordingly, there is one lane in and out of Beech Bend, we can not have rigs stacked on the road.

Can we stay in the venue Saturday Night after the event ends?

No, you will need to clear the pit area after the event on Saturday evening.

I have a co-driver (parent & child, couples, friends, etc). Can there be more than one driver registered for one car?

For Autocross – two drivers CAN use the same vehicle; however, both participants MUST purchase the "Fun Run" option. Neither driver can be eligible for competition or prizes. Unfortunately, due to our method of keeping track of points and standings, only one driver per vehicle is eligible for the Grand Champion competition. Example: Two drivers in one vehicle with one number will throw off any results if they are not recorded properly. One driver per vehicle helps ensure that all standings are accurate throughout the entirety of the event. Two drivers may register the same vehicle for two different drag race classes, but at least one of the classes must be an index-style run class. Two people may not register the same car in the car show.

I want to be in the pits, what type of ticket do I need?

The entire event is the pits – Be alert – HOT pits and moving vehicles are everywhere! You do not need a special ticket to be in the pits. Click here to purchase a spectator ticket.
