All credentials must be picked up on-site at the Beech Bend Amusement Park Riverbend Pavilion.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Absolutely yes! All drivers and crew members will have one QR code. The driver must complete the waiver during the ticketing process and will be required to upload a photo. If you fail to complete this step, you will not receive your QR code and will not be able to check in on site. Additionally, all drivers will be required to sign a waiver on the tech inspection form. All additionally purchased crew ticketholders must complete the event waiver by clicking here.
Car Show participants and spectators are not required to complete the waiver.
I'm under 18. Can I still participate?
Of course! Please email [email protected] for information on registering as a minor.
I'm gonna be late for check-in :( Can I still park my truck and trailer in the pits?
Unfortunately, no, you will not be able to access the venue without the proper credentials. Please plan accordingly!
Can we stay inside the venue Saturday night after Ford Fest is over?
Sorry, but no. You will need to clear the pit area after the event on Saturday night.
I have a co-driver. Can there be more than one driver registered per vehicle?
Only for Autocross can two drivers use the same vehicle. However, both participants must purchase the "Fun Run" option. Neither driver can be eligible for competition or prizes. Two drivers may register the same vehicle for two different Drag Race classes, but at least one of the classes must be an index-style run class.
I want to be in the pits! What kind of ticket do I need?
The entire event is the pits! Ford Fest is an all-access event, so once you're in, you're in! See the cars, meet the drivers, and enjoy it all, but please be alert! Vehicles are constantly moving throughout the venue as segments change.
What is Purchase Protection?
Purchase Protection is a service that gives our attendees a full refund of their event fees should unforeseen circumstances prevent them from attending the event. Unfortunate things such as death, health emergencies, crime, transportation failure, and more are covered under this policy. Valid, approved claims are paid from Purchase Protection, not Holley Performance Brands or FM3 Performance Marketing. Refunds are issued at the end of the month via check. Attendees who encounter an unforeseen circumstance that prevents them from attending our event can file a claim at www.PurchaseProtection.com. Attendees should review the full Terms & Conditions to see if their circumstance qualifies and be prepared to supply the appropriate documentation.
I registered, but something came up and I can't make it :( Can I transfer my ticket?
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds without a ticket transfer. To transfer your ticket, log in to your Account Center on TicketSpice, then select "Tickets" from the top navigation bar. Click "View Details" next to the order you'd like to transfer tickets for, then click "Transfer". Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer, then enter the name and email of the person you'd like to transfer the tickets to, or just click here. You will need the name and email address of the person you are transferring the ticket to. Once they receive and complete the transfer, you will be refunded minus a $50 transfer fee. Transfers are only available until 12am, 9/30.
Can I rent a golf cart?
Unfortunately, no. There will not be any golf cart rentals available for spectators during the event. However, support vehicles, including golf carts and ATVs that support officially registered event participants (not including Car Show), will be allowed at the facility, but must have the official current Holley Ford Fest Support Vehicle Permit decal available for $50.00. The permit decal must be clearly visible. These decals should also be applied so that they are not shared with another vehicle. Officially registered participants will be allowed to purchase one vehicle permit for the duration of the event. A pit vehicle waiver must be signed on-site and may only be signed by the registered driver. Holley reserves the right to refuse the use of pit vehicles and may revoke the permit at any time without refund.
Spectators and anyone who is not a registered participant will not be allowed to bring any golf carts or ATVs onto the property for any reason. Personally owned motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted, provided owners show a valid and current state-issued handicapped or disabled placard or designation. Personally owned motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters will not require a support vehicle decal. Due to the possibility of spectator and participant injury and facility damage, all pit vehicles entering the facility are the sole responsibility of the operator/owner. Every pit vehicle entering the racing facility must be assigned to and is the responsibility of the operator/owner. The operator of the vehicle assumes full legal responsibility for any property damage or otherwise caused by the pit vehicle, regardless of whether the owner is operating the vehicle or not.
Pit vehicles may be operated from when gates open until two hours after the competition ends each day. Pit vehicles in operation after this period may be impounded until after the event has ended. The operator of the pit/support vehicle must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. All vehicles are limited to a 5mph speed limit.

Ok, what about a scooter?
Yes! Scooter Time will be renting scooters at Ford Fest. Click here to reserve your scooter.
Can I drop my trailer and leave it overnight?
Trailer parking is available in designated pit areas. However, Car Show participants will need to park trailers outside the gates in a designated area. Car Show participant trailers will be required to drop outside the main gate as well, but performance driving event segments like Drift Exhibition, Autocross, Grand Champion, and Drag Race will be allowed inside the main gate for the entire event weekend. There will be security inside the main gate, but not outside. Off-road will need to park in the Off-Road area.
Can I camp at Ford Fest?
Beech Bend Campground is located next to the event grounds. Click here for more information on the campground. Dry camping is allowed in the pits as long as you stay within your pit area. RV passes are required, and RVs must arrive on Thursday during setup. No camping in the Car Show area.
Help! I registered, but I didn't get my confirmation!
Check your spam or junk folder! If you still do not see it, you can go back to the ticket page and click "Resend Confirmation". If you registered for Drift Exhibition, Drag Racing, Grand Champion, Autocross, or Off-Road, you must complete a waiver to receive a QR code, and you must upload a photo of yourself to complete your waiver.
